Get involved

North East Ambulance Service is inviting patients and stakeholders to help shape the future of the trust.

Would you like to help us develop our new vision, mission and values?

We will be looking to meet with people across the region in June and July to gain a thorough understanding of people’s perceptions of the service.

Anyone is interested in getting involved in this process is asked to email yourviews@NEAS.nhs.uk

We are also looking for people to grade us in line with new equality and diversity obligations which came into force in April.

We have 18 objectives to meet, which focus on how we improve our services and employment practices for the groups of people protected under the Equality Act.

We will be holding an event later this year to demonstrate how we are meeting those objectives and will be asking you to grade us based on the evidence we present.

To be part of this event or to provide your view on our approach to equality, please contact diversity@NEAS.nhs.uk
